I’m a true romantic at heart, and It fills me with so much joy to know that I get to work with so many amazing couples like you.
There was something incredibly soft and timeless about this Chande Pines wedding from the moment the day began. Spring had settled fully into Pembroke, Georgia, and everything felt still in the most beautiful way, warm light through the trees, soft blue tones woven throughout the details, and a quiet kind of anticipation that followed Mallory and Sam all day long. Their wedding felt emotional without ever feeling overwhelming. Just intentional, grounded, and deeply full of love. From handwritten vows exchanged around a rustic fireplace to the sparkler exit at the end of the night. Every part of the day felt honest and meaningful in that way you can’t really force.

Mallory and Sam chose not to see each other before the ceremony, but instead shared a first touch beside the stone fireplace at Chande Pines. Hidden around the corner from one another, they held hands tightly while reading handwritten vows through tears and nervous laughter. It was one of those moments where everything around them seemed to disappear for a minute. The emotion felt so genuine and unguarded, and you could feel just how much anticipation had been building leading up to that moment.
The rest of the day unfolded slowly and beautifully around them. Mallory got ready with her bridesmaids surrounded by delicate florals, soft textures, and quiet excitement while Sam spent the morning with his groomsmen preparing for the ceremony ahead. Every detail felt classic and effortless, her dress hanging softly in the window light, the wedding bells tucked throughout the decor, and the soft spring color palette that blended perfectly into the natural beauty of the venue.

Their ceremony beneath the trees felt incredibly intimate surrounded by family and friends, with sunlight filtering gently through the branches overhead. Afterward, the entire atmosphere shifted into celebration mode in the sweetest way. Guests gathered beneath string lights, music echoed through the reception space, and the dance floor stayed full almost the entire night. One of the most fun parts of the evening was watching Mallory and Sam dig up the bourbon they had buried the night before with their wedding party, such a fun Southern tradition that fit the energy of the day perfectly.
As the evening slowed into night, everything glowed with warm golden light and that cozy feeling that only happens at weddings where people are fully present with one another. Their first dance felt quiet and cinematic all at once, and by the end of the night everyone gathered outside joyfully blowing bubbles and cheering, while Mallory and Sam ran through the middle smiling and laughing together. It felt like the kind of ending nobody wanted to leave behind.

The most beautiful weddings are always the ones that leave room for real emotion. The slow moments, the nervous laughter, the tears, the dancing, the feeling of being completely surrounded by the people who matter most. If you’re planning a wedding that feels intentional, connected, and true to who you are, I would truly love to help tell that story. Whether it’s beneath the trees in Georgia or somewhere entirely your own, I’m always drawn to the moments that feel soft, emotional, and deeply human.
