I’m a true romantic at heart, and It fills me with so much joy to know that I get to work with so many amazing couples like you.
There’s something so special about a wedding day that brings together not just two people, but two families and the traditions that mean the most to them. Ariel and Conor’s wedding at Tryphena’s Garden in Fort Valley, Georgia, was exactly that. From their sweet first look tucked away in the gardens to a ceremony filled with faith, family, and meaningful traditions, their day was full of so much love. Add in the beautiful greenery, colorful florals, and warm summer sunshine, and it really did feel like something out of a fairytale.

One of my favorite things about Tryphena’s Garden is how many beautiful little corners there are to sneak away and enjoy a quiet moment together. Before the ceremony, Ariel and Conor shared their first look along one of the garden pathways, surrounded by greenery and the prettiest fountain. It was such a sweet moment watching them see each other for the first time, with the excitement of everything that was still to come.
And can we talk about how beautiful everything looked? Ariel’s off-the-shoulder lace gown, Conor’s navy suit with that little pop of orange, and the colorful florals all worked so well with the garden setting. Even with the Georgia summer heat, the sunlight filtering through the trees made everything feel soft and romantic. We wandered through the gardens for their portraits, and I loved how naturally affectionate they were with each other. There was so much joy in those little moments, especially when they could just be together and take it all in.

What made Ariel and Conor’s ceremony so special was how intentionally they brought their families, cultures, and faiths together. Their wedding wasn’t just about celebrating their love for each other, but also honoring the people and traditions that had shaped their lives. Seeing those different customs come together during the ceremony was such a beautiful reminder that a wedding can be deeply personal while making room for everything that matters to both of you.
The outdoor ceremony space at Tryphena’s Garden was the perfect setting for it all. With the open lawn, surrounding trees, and soft peach draping framing the ceremony, everything felt intimate while still having that beautiful garden atmosphere. Their loved ones gathered around as they shared these meaningful moments, and you could really feel how important family and faith were to them. I always love when couples find ways to make their ceremony reflect who they are, and Ariel and Conor did that so beautifully.

After the ceremony, the celebration continued with a reception that felt like an extension of the gardens themselves. The tables were filled with colorful florals, touches of orange and red, and delicate details that brought everything together. I especially loved the twinkle lights stretching across the reception space. With the gardens just beyond the open sides, it had that relaxed, romantic garden-party feeling that makes Tryphena’s Garden such a lovely place to celebrate.
And of course, one of my favorite parts was watching Ariel and Conor enjoy the evening with their people. From their first dance beneath the lights to the laughter and conversations happening around the tables, there was so much happiness throughout the reception. Nothing felt like it needed to be overly complicated to be meaningful. It was simply a beautiful celebration of two people who love each other, surrounded by the families and friends who love them right back.
