I absolutely loved capturing Aaron and Christin’s engagement session at Little Ocmulgee State Park! These two first met in April 2024 as part of a mutual friend’s wedding party, and the connection was instant. By June, they were dating, confident that their meeting was part of a bigger plan. I wholeheartedly believe this, too! They got engaged in September, and from the moment I met them, I could see how deeply they love each other. Their session was filled with romantic, heartfelt moments and playful laughter, especially as the golden hour cast its glow. A Romantic Engagement Session In McRae, Georgia

We began Aaron and Christin’s engagement session on the beautiful, iconic brick bridge. This was a perfect starting point for their love story in photos. From there, we wandered beneath a canopy of trees, with sunlight filtering through to create a truly magical setting. Aaron and Christin chose two different outfits: one formal and one casual, which brought a fantastic variety to the session. I always love when couples opt for multiple looks; it gives them a full range of images that capture their personalities and style.

One of my favorite moments was when they danced beside the lake, their silhouettes reflecting perfectly on the water’s surface. It was a beautiful, intimate scene that showed just how deeply they connect with each other. They were full of joy, laughter, and playfulness, completely at ease and clearly having the time of their lives.

Aaron and Christin’s love is undeniable; you can just feel how truly meant for each other they are. I’m thrilled that they’ll be celebrating their love in front of family and friends at her family’s church in November 2024. It’s an honor to be part of their journey—not only for this state park engagement session but also on their wedding day, as every wedding photography package I offer that’s six hours or more includes an engagement session like this one.
