Winter Wedding Day In Georgia at Forest Hill Park

Nikki and Sean embraced their personalities in every detail of their wedding!! Nikki chose a stunning black wedding gown and it was breathtaking! When she showed me the dress, I was floored. It was complemented by green and black accents throughout the decor! And stood out so well against the winter light and moody overcast skies. It’s proof that winter weddings don’t have to stick to traditional palettes—they can be as unique as the couple themselves.

One of the most memorable aspects of Nikki and Sean’s day was honestly – their timeline!! They dedicated ample time for a “first look” and portraits before the ceremony, allowing them to enjoy an intimate moment together and soak in the beauty of the day. As a photographer, I love this!! Because then we get to actually enjoy our time and leave space for some fun moments! Purely, unrushed and turned out stunning!

The couple exchanged vows in the charming chapel at Forest Hill Lodge, which had twinkling lights and Christmas trees surrounding them! The festive decor added a warm and magical touch to their wedding day, creating a setting that felt like something out of a winter fairytale. They even incorporated a sand ceremony, a beautiful symbol of their unity!! It was an incredible day and I wish I could recapture this wedding all over again.
