Spring in Savannah is nothing short of magical. The weather is ideal! It is warm but comfortable, with a soft breeze drifting through the live oaks. Florals start blooming as early as March, transforming the city into a picturesque scene straight out of a storybook. Each location in downtown Savannah added its own unique charm to Kaitlyn and Michael’s engagement session. All together, it created a day filled with romance and sophistication. They began their session on Jones Street, often regarded as one of the most beautiful streets in America. With its brick sidewalks, historic homes, and moss-draped oaks, the street provided a dreamy, timeless setting! As they walked hand in hand they soaked in the elegance of Savannah’s old-world charm.
Next, they made their way to The Olde Pink House! This is where the blush-colored walls and arched architecture came into play. The soft pastels complemented Kaitlyn’s white dress and Michael’s classic blue shirt, giving their photos a lighthearted yet elegant feel. Moving to Drayton Street, the session took on a more bold and editorial look! The tall white columns and intricate architectural details created a striking contrast against the warmth of their love.
To end the evening, they wandered to Factors Walk Bridge, a hidden gem with ivy-covered gates and wrought iron accents. It was perfect for capturing the quiet and intimate moments. As the golden-hour light filtered through the trees, Kaitlyn and Michael shared soft embraces and laughter! It was so sweet!
