A Bohemian Kind of Love | Jekyll Island, Georgia

Golden rays of sunshine washed over the beach of Jekyll Island for this romantic boho session. The ocean waves washed up to meet the sand in its caress, while the gentle breeze danced around us in excitement. Driftwood adorned the beach, creating not only a stunning photo backdrop, but a jungle gym begging to be explored. The natural beauty was only amplified by the genuine joy and love that radiated from Mary and Samson.

“We had perfect chemistry from the beginning and I knew I had found my person.” – Mary

Mary and Samson met as zombies in 2018, where they worked at a laser tag Halloween event. For the first two months of knowing each other, she only saw him dressed as a green zombie. Their chemistry was undeniable, and after Halloween, they continued to see each other, spending time at the library or playing pool. Almost 3 years later, they are still madly in love.

Mary and Samson’s whimsical nature during this session was absolutely contagious, and spilled out into their photos. Her smile radiated the joy that he ignites in her whenever he is near; and when he looked at her, the love in his heart poured out through his gaze. This session was filled with exploring, treasure hunting, climbing driftwood, dancing, and tickle fights, ending with a beautiful walk along the beach at sunset.

Mary and Samson, working with you was such a blast! You two have such amazing energy/chemistry and I can’t wait until I get to work with you again!
