As a wedding photographer, I always pride myself on making wedding days super fun and eventful for my couples. I know how important it is to include meaningful moments and feel like your day was designed to be a reflection of your love and relationship all while still having loads of fun. So, I decided it would be super helpful to put together a list of fun wedding day activities that you can infuse into your wedding day.
Although these are just a few simple ideas, feel free to run with them and make them entirely your own! I recommend doing this by finding things that are actually meaningful to your relationship. Then, incorporate them into your wedding ceremony, reception, or throughout the entire day. If you are ready to start thinking outside of the box and want to do something that no one else has done before on their wedding day, then keep reading and start getting inspired!
Make It An Adventure
Want to make your wedding unique and have a good way to relieve stress? Oh boy, do I have ideas for this! One idea is that you could feature something fun, like a bounce house! Imagine jumping around in your wedding dress. Or, setting the bounce house up as an after party event! This is a great way to rid of your wedding day jitters. And, a great way to have your guests have something to remember on your wedding day. Not a fan of a bounce house? Instead, try going on a wedding day adventure together. Think: an adventurous hike, explore somewhere new, ride a ferry, or write a bucket list together! The possibilities are endless.
Focus on the meaningful & sentimental moments
Looking for something more sentimental? Why not write some personal vows together, help each other get ready, or exchange gifts that only you two know the meaning of. All of these ideas will be something you will remember for years to come. And, with me by your side, will also be documented to look back on forever. Another great and meaningful idea could be planting your own tree, or having a sand ceremony. I am all for making your wedding day special! The best way to do that is by sharing an activity that will connect you and your partner even more.

No matter what you decide, know that it does not have to be traditional or serious! Choose new and different ways to incorporate some wedding day fun and make the day yours.
